It all began with a S.
Once Clark Kent revealed himself as Superman to the world everything changed. Not only did we know we were no longer alone in the universe, but that there were beings of great power and strength.
After Superman the meta-humans made an appearance and started both saving and destroying the world at large.
Over in Gotham billionaire Bruce Wayne began his war on crime as Batman recruiting Dick Grayson (Robin) and Barbara Grodon (Batgirl) to the cause. Joining the Bat family later would be Jason Todd and Tim Drake.
In Star City Oliver Queen would harness his bow and arrow and become the Green Arrow. Protecting Star City from any threats that may cause it harm.
After a bolt of lightning struck him, Barry Allen became the fastest man alive and adopted the name the Flash to fight crime in Central City.
Last but not least the cousin of Superman would finally make her appearance as the Girl of Steel, Supergirl. Working with the DEO to combat alien threats and meta-humans that broke the law. Supergirl would become the poster girl for Catco Worldwide Media.
But where there were heroes there would also be villains. As the world saw the face of Metallo, Bizzaro, and Lex Luthor. They also were introduced to the Joker, Two Face, the Riddler, and Mr. Freeze.
With the rise of these earthly heroes and villains the world changed and usher in the dawn of a new era.
